Thank you very much to all the attendees who joined us last week at the London Ruby Community Unconference.
We had a very nice day, making new friends and sharing our knowledge with the participants.
The day started very well with England beating Australia at the Rugby World Cup.
Around the same time, we were creating the agenda by following a practice taken from Liberating Structures, which helped us to creatively engage people in shaping our agenda.
In an unconference event, the agenda is formed at the beginning, so we asked the attendees to spend one minute in silence to think of an agenda topic.
The attendees then took another minute to share their thoughts with the person sitting to their right.
This kicked the audience into action and made it easier for people to come forward with their topics to create the agenda!
