Launched on 4 March 2026 by the pseudonymous developer @dotta, PaperClip is an open-source multi-agent orchestration framework that organises AI agents into a functioning company structure. It is a Node.js server with a React UI that orchestrates a team of AI agents to run a business — with org charts, budgets, governance, goal alignment, and agent coordination — all managed from a single dashboard.
